Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Deep expertise in state management (NgRx/Redux), RxJS, and scalable front-end application design.
• Proven experience making architectural decisions that balance scalability, performance, and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Define standards for reusable components, state management, and performance.
• Lead initiatives to resolve performance bottlenecks.
