Job summary

Loubby AI in Miami is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and enhance our portfolio of marine marketplace brands. You’ll work on high-traffic web apps using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, owning projects from design to deployment within an international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining complex web applications at scale.
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with SSR and CSR patterns.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, UX, and code quality.
• Experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit and TanStack Query.
• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
• Experience working with design systems and shared component libraries.
• Experience building and operating web applications in a cloud environment; AWS experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of web performance, including Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse, and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessible web development practices.
• Understanding of technical SEO, including metadata, structured data/schema markup, and on-page optimization.
• Familiarity with web application security and OWASP principles.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions with limited oversight.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
