Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer in Evanston, IL to join an AI-driven product initiative. You will design and develop modern front-end applications, collaborating with Product, UX, and backend teams to deliver high-quality software.

You will shape frontend architecture, work with REST APIs, and help introduce AI-assisted development practices. The role offers a hybrid work environment and opportunities to impact product direction across a global organization.

Qualificações

We are looking for a Front-End Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to help define how AI-enabled products are built and delivered.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and building modern user experiences while working closely with engineering, product, UX, and architecture teams.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop modern front-end applications for a new AI-enabled product.

• Experience working closely with Product and UX teams.

This is a highly collaborative team that works closely with Product, UX, Architecture, and QA partners. The team is intentionally starting small, allowing engineers to have a meaningful impact on both the product and engineering direction.
