Job summary

Stand Together seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Front-End Focused) to own the consumer-facing web applications that serve as the entry point to Stand Together's philanthropic community. You will build and maintain a Next.js/React TypeScript monorepo, ensuring production-grade UX, performance, and reliable client-side behavior.

You will lead design-system ownership, CI/CD to AWS Amplify, and collaboration with back-end teams to deliver secure, scalable web experiences for our partners

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering with a front-end focus.
• Experience mentoring software engineers.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and PHP.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Next.js features (App Router) for SSR/SSG/ISR.
• Design, extend, and maintain a reusable component library and Storybook.
• Integrate with OpenAPI backends and secure authentication (JWT/OIDC).
• Ensure accessibility, test coverage, and performance using Lighthouse/Web Vitals.
