Role Overview

We're seeking a talented Senior Front-End Engineer to join our Design Systems team. In this role, you will play a key part in building and maintaining our component library and ensuring consistent implementation of our design language across our products built with a microfrontend architecture. You'll collaborate closely with designers and product engineers to empower teams to build high-quality, accessible, and consistent user experiences at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI components (e.g., atomic components, patterns) that form the foundation of our design system
  • Collaborate with our Product Design team to transform design specifications into high-quality code
  • Create and document coding standards and best practices for front-end development
  • Work closely with product engineering teams to facilitate adoption and effective utilization of the design system across different applications
  • Continuously improve component performance, accessibility, and user experience
  • Contribute to the design system roadmap and strategic direction, influencing the evolution of our platform's visual and technical foundation
  • Identify and resolve bugs and inconsistencies in existing components
  • Maintain thorough documentation
