Job summary

Shield Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer (Angular) to support the Secure the Enterprise initiative in Linthicum, Maryland. You will develop, test, deploy, and sustain front-end applications built with Angular 14+ and integrate with REST endpoints to provide clear, data-driven dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least eight years of professional experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required at time of application.
• Strong experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, and CSS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain secure front-end capabilities using Angular 14+; build SPAs and interactive dashboards.
• Integrate UI with REST endpoints; handle requests and interpret JSON data structures.
• Create/refine mockups and translate approved designs into maintainable, responsive interfaces.
• Apply CSS to improve usability and visual presentation of applications.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing application sustainment.
• Provide technical leadership for front-end work and guide automation/continuous assessment objectives.
