Job summary

PACCAR Electronics is seeking a Front End Software Developer to lead the design and development of modern, user-focused web applications supporting PACCAR’s vehicle technologies and digital platforms. This role collaborates closely with back-end developers, UX designers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, scalable interfaces.

Qualifications

B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree.
7+ years of professional front-end experience.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (KANZI / QT / Candera).
Able to work in a fast-paced, lean, collaborative team.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive, accessible web applications using modern front-end technologies.
Define and implement front-end architecture, components, and design patterns.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to turn wireframes into high-quality experiences.
Coordinate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
Ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability across solutions.
Support testing, debugging, and post-launch issue resolution.
