Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to design and maintain business-critical products using Angular, TypeScript, Nest.js, and AWS in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

You will contribute to API design, microservices, and CI/CD, while validating quality with automated testing and robust UI components. Onsite expectations are evolving as Fidelity rolls out a phased onsite model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS or related field; 3 years in a Senior Front-End role with cloud apps.
• Strong experience building scalable UIs with Angular/TypeScript and NgRx.
• Experience integrating front-end with secure RESTful APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Develops user-facing apps using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Conducts end-to-end testing with Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.

Creates high-impact initiatives and works closely with other developers to implement system changes in a constantly evolving agile environment, using GitHub. Performs back-end services development using Application Programing Interface (API) design and development and microservices architecture (Java, REST, Node.js, and Swagger). Troubleshoots and works on production issues utilizing Splunk and Datadog. Builds and deploys applications using Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) using Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and GitHub. Supports the development, testing, and deployment of modern, feature-rich software to assist external users.
