Jobtailor in the United States (Arizona) seeks a senior risk and product management leader to own risk platforms, models, and rules while liaising with adjacent groups affected by the risk platform.

You will serve as the primary contact for risk results, vendor requirements, and platform needs, and you will assess signals and systems to build Early Warning capabilities. We value strong analytics, product leadership, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud and risk-related positions.
• Strong analytics and risk strategy management experience.
• Ability to manage risk models, analyze results, report, and tune for better outcomes.
• Strong product management experience and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of industry risk management capabilities, tools and models.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% and pass background/drug screen.
• Eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage risk platforms, models, rules, and liaise with adjacent groups.
• Serve as primary contact for risk results, vendor requirements, and platform needs.
• Assess risk signals and systems while building Early Warning capabilities.
• Develop recommendations and requirements for the risk platform.
• Collaborate with fraud vendors to request enhancements and remedy issues.
• Lead coordination with Product on Risk Services roadmap and needs.
• Work with Fraud Operations to tune the system and identify new signals.
• Assess new fraud vendor technologies for potential use in Early Warning systems.
• Contribute to the Risk Services roadmap and architecture interfaces.
• Monitor risk system performance and provide recommendations based on findings.
