Job summary

Huntington Bancshares Inc. is seeking a Product Owner III to drive the sequencing, building, and evaluation of features for one to two product lines, serving as a subject matter expert.

You will work with Product Manager, Architect, and Agile teams to ensure smooth transition from definition to build, validating priorities and timelines while coaching peers and ensuring value delivery across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 8+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, Product Development, or Product Owner role.
• PSPO I/II or CSPO and A-CSPO certifications preferred.
• Experience with Agile delivery governance and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in retail or business financial services beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Manager, Architect and Agile team from Definition to build.
• Drive value delivery and continuous improvement within teams.
• Lead Story Mapping sessions and scope validation of Features.
• Validate Feature priority and implementation timelines.
• Create and manage Feature Definition in delivery tools.
• Record risks, issues, questions, and decisions for Features.
• Ensure changes to Feature scope are documented.
• Understand OKRs and investment alignment for product lines.
• Identify stakeholders and secure engagement in solution discussions.
• Manage backlogs and define Sprint Goals.
• Clarify business needs and ensure acceptance criteria alignment.
• Coach junior product owners and peers.
