Qualifications

• One year of experience in conducting investigations including interviews.
• One year of experience collecting, evaluating and analyzing information.
• One year of experience providing clear information to respond to and resolve complaints.
• Six months in civil, criminal or administrative proceedings such as testimony or managing cases.

Responsibilities

• Investigates alleged or probable violations and compliance issues.
• Collects and evaluates evidence from records, documents and items.
• Conduсts interviews to obtain information and ascertain facts.
• Interprets and ensures compliance with applicable laws, rules and procedures.
• Prepares investigative reports documenting findings and actions.
• Testifies before boards, commissions or courts.
• Delivers excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• May conduct surveillance or on-site inspections and assist with subpoenas.
