You will analyze patterns, perform root-cause analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen controls and responses.

The role requires 3–7 years in fraud investigations or financial services risk, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Formación

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in fraud investigations or financial services risk.
• Experience handling complex investigations with multiple data points and suspicious activity patterns.
• Strong knowledge of fraud typologies and risk management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex fraud investigations involving multiple accounts, transactions, channels, and subjects.
• Identify and analyze emerging fraud trends, typologies, and risk indicators.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements to controls and processes.
• Use internal systems and data sources to investigate linked activity and patterns.
• Prepare clear case documentation, summaries, and escalation materials.
• Partner with operations, compliance, legal, technology and other stakeholders to drive outcomes.
• Help improve investigative procedures, documentation standards, and case management.
