Job summary

Digital Federal Credit Union is seeking a Sr. Fraud Data Analyst to translate complex data into actionable insights. The role collaborates with Fraud & BSA and IS Data Analysis teams to source and package data, translate findings, and support risk management decisions.

Responsibilities include designing fraud detection rules, delivering BI reports, and mentoring team members. Required: a BS in IS/CS and 3+ years of data analysis experience. Location: Marlborough/Chelmsford, MA.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional data analysis experience.
  • Some exposure to fraud detection or financial crime platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with ML/AI concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from multiple systems to deliver actionable insights.
  • Develop, test, and publish fraud detection rules across platforms.
  • Act as liaison to user communities and subject-matter groups for key platforms.
  • Gather and analyze data to support business cases and projects.
  • Provide scheduled and ad hoc statistical analysis and reporting to management.
  • Serve as SME on Fraud & BSA projects and deliver BI reports.
  • Proactively analyze data sources to inform decisions and improve accuracy.
  • Document findings and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
