Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 9+ years of experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 13 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FRACAS program: failure reporting, analysis and corrective action.
• Direct investigations and determine root cause of failures in designs and fielded systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Programs, Material Control and Quality.
• Maintain FRACAS database, track investigations and generate reports.
• Develop and present technical data to management and customers.
