Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 6+ years of experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for experience; 4+ years for graduate degree.
• Experience with FPGA or GPU-based design, HDL and simulation tools.
• Strong RF/microwave fundamentals and DSP technique knowledge.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for algorithm development.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPGA/GPU architectural design, HDL coding, test benches, simulation, and analysis for high-performance DSP applications.
• Perform RF/microwave and radar-related analysis including spectrum behavior and emitter characterization.
• Apply DSP techniques like FFTs, filtering, detection and time-frequency analysis for verification.
• Execute systems engineering tasks: requirements (JIRA/DOORS), CONOPS, integration planning, test procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration testing in lab and platform environments.
• Document system behavior, anomalies, and results; support troubleshooting during integration.
