Job summary

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of professional FPGA design experience.
  • Proficient in VHDL for FPGA development.
  • Experience with simulation, verification, and timing closure.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain FPGA architectures and digital logic for NAVAIDS, ADS-B/WAM, SDR, and related systems.
  • Develop and update VHDL code for FPGA devices, including simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, and timing closure.
  • Support full FPGA development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance.
  • Implement DSP algorithms and SDR architectures on FPGA platforms.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to integrate FPGA designs into system-level architectures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize FPGA designs in simulation and on-target hardware using lab equipment.
