Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive or similar hardware.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional hardware and/or embedded systems product development teams.
• Proficiency in HDL languages (VHDL, Verilog).
• Familiarity with Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB interfaces.
• Experience in design for signal integrity / power integrity.
• Proficient with Altium Designer.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the product portfolio and roadmap for core technology products.
• Lead a cross-functional hardware team (Electrical, Firmware, FPGA, Test) to deliver embedded compute solutions.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept to sustainment for high-performance PCBs.
• Establish and optimize product development workflows and best practices across hardware and firmware lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and communicate detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
