Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group seeks a Principal Finance Analyst to lead strategic FP&A initiatives for the Services and Mid-Market segments. You will develop 1- and 3-year plans, model complex scenarios, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize investments and revenue growth.

You will prepare financial reports, drive KPI monitoring, and coach finance colleagues while ensuring accurate accounting treatment and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios and build financial models.
• 10+ years in FP&A roles; experience with SaaS is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with 1- and 3-year horizons, advising leadership on risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Services and Mid Market teams to track KPIs and drive insights.
• Build financial models for scenarios affecting go-to-market strategy.
• Prepare month-end close packages and variance explanations for leadership.
• Drive process improvements by standardizing and automating reporting.
• Lead and coach Finance teams and cross-functional partners.
