Job summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a senior FP&A and ZBB reporting professional to connect SAP data, Power BI development, and business insights into scalable dashboards. This hybrid role emphasizes strong FP&A knowledge, P&L drivers, and hands-on data engineering to automate reporting and enable decision-ready insights for leaders.

Ideal candidates will translate business questions into practical reporting solutions, improve data quality, and govern KPI hierarchies. Anaplan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, BI, data engineering, analytics, or systems enablement.
• Strong FP&A experience including P&L drivers, planning, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ZBB / resource allocation.
• Hands-on Power BI programming, modeling, automation, and deployment.
• Experience connecting Power BI to SAP or SAP-based finance data.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting needs, KPIs, P&L drivers, and decision requirements with stakeholders.
• Govern KPI definitions, reporting standards, and data hierarchies across FP&A and ZBB.
• Translate Finance requirements into scalable Power BI models, dashboards, and self-service views.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, measures, dashboards, and visualizations using SAP as data source.
• Design and automate data pipelines, transformations, mappings, reconciliations, and controls across SAP, Power BI, Excel, and related sources.
• Improve reporting speed and quality by reducing manual work and creating repeatable processes.
• Support monthly performance routines with insights on actuals, forecast changes, variances, risks, opportunities, and business impact.
• Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve reporting efficiency and insight generation.
