Job summary

Solera Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to lead FP&A for the Vehicle Solutions pillar. The role entails forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and strategic financial guidance to partners across functions.

The ideal candidate will manage complex data, build robust models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decision-making and drive value for Solera’s business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• MBA or CPA is preferred.
• Experience in FP&A with leadership is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function for the Vehicle Solutions pillar.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets and long-range plans.
• Present monthly/quarterly/annual reports to senior management with KPIs and variances.
• Partner with leaders to evaluate investments, M&A and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across sources.
