Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required.
• MBA preferred for advancement.
• 5+ years FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related field; or 3+ years with MBA.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• High proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel modeling; PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience with GAAP and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP/Workday) and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate forecasts and results across divisions.
• Build executive and Board presentations for consolidated results and overhead.
• Lead business unit review meetings with management insights.
• Drive budget and forecast processes with senior executives.
• Partner with HR for headcount forecasting and comp accruals.
