Job summary

The Malco Group, a leading HVACR and building solutions company, is hiring an FP&A Manager in a hybrid role based in Annandale, MN. You will own budgeting, forecasting, capex analysis and management reporting to drive profitable growth and support executive decision-making.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Accounting, delivering clear insights for the CFO, senior leadership, and Board while supporting post-acquisition performance management and margin improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus).
• 5-8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or distribution.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with planning/BI tools and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated experience owning budgeting and forecasting processes and preparing executive and Board-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting & forecasting processes across the portfolio and consolidate inputs from business leaders.
• Lead quarterly and rolling forecasts and support long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain driver-based financial models for strategic decisions and capex analysis.
