Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Apptio-based solutions and architecture.
• Configure, develop, and enhance Apptio applications, cost models, and allocation processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver effective ITFM solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices.
• Support monthly IT chargeback processes and cost allocations.
• Participate in Agile activities and sprint planning.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements.
