Bryant & Stratton College’s System Office in Orchard Park, NY seeks a System Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis that sustain the college’s mission. You will partner with leadership across academic and administrative areas to drive data‑driven decisions.

The role requires a strong background in FP&A, excellent communication, and collaboration skills within a flat organizational structure; higher education finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field
• 9+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a senior-level role
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, translating complex financial concepts clearly
• Experience in a flat organizational structure and partnering with leaders across units is valued, higher education finance is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the College's annual operating and capital budgeting processes with broad stakeholder engagement
• Manage multi-year financial planning and forecasting to support long-term sustainability
• Support Online Education as the primary financial resource for the VP of Online
• Provide in-depth analyses of initiatives, programs, capex and operational efficiencies
• Partner with academic and administrative leaders to align resources with strategy
• Monitor financial performance, identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Promote transparency, collaboration and service within the finance organization
• Handle other duties as assigned by the CFO
