Job summary

Nuts.com, a Jersey City-based multi-channel DTC food company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to own financial insights across commercial and operational domains. This hands-on role drives pricing, promotions, and margin decisions in a fast-moving, high-SKU environment.

You will forecast, model, and report on revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin; partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Product, and Operations to assess financial impact of initiatives. Hybrid work in NJ.

Qualifications

• 6–9+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• 5+ years supporting a DTC or ecommerce business with revenue and margin analytics.
• Experience in small‑ to‑mid sized businesses with lean teams.
• Strong command of unit economics and margin optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, reforecast, and rolling forecast processes.
• Develop driver‑based forecasts linking commercial and operational assumptions to financial outcomes.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting including P&L and margins.
• Lead margin analysis across products, channels, and time.
• Collaborate with Accounting during close for analytical accuracy.
• Translate results into clear, decision-ready insights for stakeholders.
• Model pricing decisions and profitability analyses; support LTV/CAC analyses.
• Support channel performance analysis and KPI reporting.
