Job summary

Nuna Baby Essentials, Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis. You will partner with executives to translate strategy into financial plans and drive actionable insights across the organization.

Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will build scalable reporting, lead the FP&A team, and shape Nuna's long‑term growth through rigorous scenario planning and performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and reporting background.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with ability to connect financial insights to business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Develop company-wide revenue, expense, headcount, and cash flow forecasts.
• Partner with leaders to convert strategic initiatives into financial plans.
• Deliver insights on performance, risks, and opportunities in exec reviews.
• Build KPI dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and accountability.
• Develop sophisticated financial models for planning and decision support.
• Lead FP&A team and scale processes for future growth.
• Drive process improvements and automation in planning and reporting.
