Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or related analytical roles, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Minimum four years of experience leading or supervising analysts or similar staff.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, internal reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the finance team, ensuring accurate data and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial and statistical models to forecast revenue, expenses, headcount, and productivity.
• Oversee budgeting, reforecasts, and multi-period outlooks with alignment to senior leadership guidance.
• Create dashboards and tools to enhance visibility for firm and practice leadership.
