Job summary

Appsierra Group is looking for an FP&A Expert to design evaluation tasks for AI-driven FP&A work, spanning budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis. The position is fully remote and pays $80–$90 per hour, on an hourly contract basis.

The role covers US GAAP-based reporting and IFRS-based conventions, with potential involvement in both tracks. You will develop scenarios, build models, and ensure rigorous FP&A judgment across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A leadership experience (director/CFO level)
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling skills
• US GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Experience creating rubrics or training materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create FP&A scenarios for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and strategic planning
• Develop tasks involving financial planning, reporting, investment analysis, and modeling
• Build scenarios using FP&A platforms and BI/ERP systems
• Apply driver-based forecasting and sensitivity analysis
• Produce reference models, forecast decks, and business case analyses
• Develop rubrics to distinguish senior FP&A judgment from templates
