Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to own the financial planning, analysis, and decision-support infrastructure for a rapidly growing AI infrastructure company. You will lead the FP&A function from annual planning to long-range modeling, partnering with Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance to translate strategy into financial clarity.

You will drive board and investor reporting, build KPI dashboards, and lead IPO readiness efforts from an FP&A perspective.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including senior leadership.
• Proven track record building and leading FP&A functions at high-growth tech/infrastructure/pre-IPO companies.
• Deep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial model across all units and geographies.
• Build and lead a world-class FP&A team with rigorous processes and scalable cadence.
• Partner with C-suite and board on strategic scenarios, capital allocation, and growth investments.
