Lovevery, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to guide financial decision-making and own the company’s P&L. You’ll lead high-priority projects for the executive team, partnering across disciplines to ensure accurate reporting, early risk flagging, and strategic insights.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience or equivalent
• Experience in high-growth or consumer company FP&A
• Knowledge of finance functions, operations and controls
• Experience with reporting to executives
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Proven ability to influence at executive level

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated 3-statement operating model, annual operating plan and long-range plan
• Run monthly and quarterly reforecasts across revenue, COGS, OPEX and cash
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity management
• Support close processes and apply accounting guidance in financial plans
• Lead budget planning and reporting with functional leaders
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors and executive meetings
• Develop long-range planning, budgeting, and quarterly forecasts
• Implement operating protocols to enhance financial rigor and nimbleness
