Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a senior FP&A-focused professional to lead financial data system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration within the Controllership team. You will influence budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Cloud Revenue, Booking, and related processes, ensuring compliance and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes partnering with Finance, Eng, Sales, and Operations to drive improvements and automation in a large multinational environment with equity and a strong benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent.
• 7 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling in a multinational company.
• Experience with SQL programming.
• CPA or audit experience (preferred).
• Experience building data infrastructure and reporting solutions (preferred).
• Experience with SAP or Ordering, Bookings, and Revenue Recognition Systems (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data to influence decisions with numerical insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design efforts to enhance financial data systems or processes.
• Manage change and report project status to senior leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Engineering to get things done.
• Assess financial data systems and identify opportunities for new features and controls.
• Develop deep understanding of financial data systems and troubleshoot production issues.
