• Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Analyze manufacturing variances (material, labor, overhead).
• Partner with Operations to assess cost-saving opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, reserves, and obsolescence risks.
• Develop management reports and executive presentations.
• Support SAP costing, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Develop annual labor and overload absorption rates for the plant.
• Provide ad hoc financial and operational analyses for decision-making.
