Northwest Center is seeking a strategic, data-driven Principal FP&A and BI to lead planning, forecasting, and AI-enabled analytics for the NWC@Amazon division. You will build models, pipelines, and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business decisions for leaders.

The role collaborates with Finance, operations, and customers to support long-term planning and investments; requires 7+ years in FP&A/BI and strong Power BI and Vena experience. Seattle/Arlington focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or BI with full planning/forecasting experience.
• Advanced Power BI or Tableau capability for non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Vena or similar FP&A platforms.
• Strong Excel skills, Power Query / Power Pivot.
• SQL/Python knowledge for data transformation.
• Experience with AI tools in analytics or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division's annual planning and forecasting processes end to end with timelines and accountability.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning across programs and locations.
• Lead scenario analyses and present trade-offs and recommendations to leadership.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards for repeatable analysis.
• Maintain Power BI reporting including P&L by department and headcount.
• Establish data standards and a single source of truth across the division.
• Educate and influence non-financial leaders on financial concepts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
