Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a qualified finance professional in Wisconsin to support monthly reconciliations, revenue estimates, and salary reconciliations under contractual terms. The role involves partnering with Finance, Operations, Marketing, IT, and customer-facing teams to drive insights and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in finance or accounting and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or related business environment.
• Knowledge of financial processes, controls, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Access, and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and finance teams to resolve pricing, billing, and contract issues for pharmacies.
• Partner with pharmacy leaders and Operations Directors to drive business solutions, sales initiatives, and communicate results.
• Serve as a point of contact and key stakeholder for business solutions and process improvements.
• Manage billing processes within the business.
• Own internal control audits and partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to remediate identified issues.
• Interpret contract language and analyze business intelligence and financial data to provide analytical support and recommendations.
