Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an FP&A Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. You will drive budget development, monitor line of business performance, and contribute to merger and acquisition activities while leading systems implementations and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have advanced financial modeling skills, strong communication, and experience with Power BI, Excel, and SQL to deliver strategic insights for executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with financial institutions.
• MBA or MS in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Strong understanding of bank FTP, capital and cost allocation methodologies.
• Advanced financial modeling experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Intermediate Power BI development skills.
• SQL and Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Director and Senior Manager of FP&A.
• Creates in-depth Line of Business budgeting and monthly forecasting reports, establishing timelines and presenting results to executive management.
• Key driver in annual three-year strategic planning process.
• Develops complex financial models to direct future ventures, products, strategies and campaigns.
• Reviews reports on historical and future performance trends to guide financial development.
• Prepares board and management reporting, company metrics, and benchmarking.
• Develops profitability metrics and KPIs to benchmark growth.
• Presents financial results to senior leaders monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Creates and tests Power BI visualizations, interprets DAX, ensuring accuracy.
