Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, seeks a Senior Analyst for FP&A – Specialty to partner with specialty leaders on budgeting, forecasting and headcount planning. Based in Grand Rapids, MI or Chicago, IL, you will build models, provide insights, and drive accuracy across the specialty functions.

You will collaborate with executives, develop dashboards, and support continuous improvement of planning tools, with a base salary range of $90,000 to $122,000 and on-site collaboration expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics required.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience.
• Prior experience with insurance strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead budget, monthly forecast, and long-range planning for assigned specialty departments.
• Perform monthly actual-to-budget, actual-to-forecast, and YoY variance analysis with executive-level commentary.
• Partner with department leaders on headcount planning and expense management.
• Identify cost reduction initiatives and savings realization across supported functions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Support automation and improvements in reporting and planning tools.
