Job summary

SGA Dental Partners is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling for the corporate side. You will collaborate with Directors, VPs, and Executives to support planning and reporting.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, Excel prowess, and the ability to present financial data to non-financial audiences. A proactive, multi-project mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with GL and HRIS systems including Sage Intacct and Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and post-acquisition budgets and forecasts.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and month-end close activities.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and quarterly Board presentations.
• Create lender presentations and compliance certificates.
• Build 3-statement financial models to reveal company performance.
• Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and capital needs.
• Produce internal and external reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Handle additional duties as required.
