Job summary

PowerSecure, Inc. is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for Owned Assets, Monitoring and Bloom. You will manage monthly reporting, forecasts and the annual budget, partnering with business leaders to maximize profitability and deliver full P&L insights.

The role requires 4+ years in corporate finance or FP&A, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent communication. This hybrid position in the Durham, NC area offers cross-functional exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Experience with a full P&L (revenue through operating income).
• Advanced MS Excel skills and hands-on ERP experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting for the Owned Assets, Monitoring and Bloom units with focus on profit maximization.
• Oversee reporting for Customer Care, Sales and Marketing costs with leadership to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform analyses including asset impairment and capital expenditure IRR analyses.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses upon request.
