Job summary

Cross Country Consulting is looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join their growing Private Equity practice. This role involves supporting portfolio companies in developing FP&A processes, building financial models, conducting variance analysis, and creating dashboards for operational metrics. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, expertise in financial modeling and cost accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Generous benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A preferably in a Private Equity backed company.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and advance through roles by collaborating effectively.
• Experience conversing with Controller group and accounting team, including fluent knowledge of key financial elements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of FP&A processes aligning reporting cadences.
• Assist in building operating and cash flow models with key elements.
• Support monthly variance analysis and contribute to the design of dashboards.
