Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence leadership with data.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with QuickBooks Workforce Solutions leadership to shape 1- and 3-year plans and investment decisions.
• Partner with Product, Marketing and Analytics to monitor KPIs and drive data-informed decisions.
• Create financial models to analyze scenarios impacting go-to-market, promotions and pricing.
• Prepare month-end close packages and variance explanations for transparency.
• Drive process improvements through standardization and automation.
