Job summary

Talentify in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as the FP&A partner for multi-site operations. The role analyzes operational workflows, budgets, forecasts, and cost savings initiatives, and builds dashboards and KPIs to drive key decisions.

Regular on-site collaboration with operational partners is required. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, 3–5 years in FP&A or analytics, strong Excel and SQL skills, and MBA/CPA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• MBA/CPA a plus.
• 3–5 years in FP&A, Analytics, or related area.
• Experience in finance operations within a multi-site organization a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of multi-site business units' operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for process enhancement.
• Support and partner with business unit managers and regional VPs in budgets, forecasts, and cost savings initiatives.
• Build, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions with reports and insights.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline operational processes, reduce errors, and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate operational data and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Prepare detailed operational reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Establish strong relationships with operational partners and collaborate regularly.
• Become a SME for business processes and technology solutions used to run key functions.
• Partner with Corporate FP&A and Accounting during close.
