Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Experience with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to present results to senior leadership.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling, pivot tables, lookups.
• Proficient in PowerPoint for exec presentations.
• Knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Experience with an ERP system (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics/Epicor).
• On-site daily at the CORE Transformers facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial reporting package for the business unit.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers.
• Analyze product line, customer, and order profitability.
• Develop financial models to support pricing, capex, capacity planning.
• Present results to CFO and senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
