Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst in Orange, CA, to analyze, budget, and report for the Corporate FP&A function. You will collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and other G&A teams to drive accurate financial insights and cost discipline.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and management reporting, participate in quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and executive reporting cycles, and deliver ad hoc analyses for leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant financial and/or accounting experience.
• Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education accepted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for Corporate FP&A.
• Provide accurate financial analysis and headcount planning.
• Deliver management reporting and quarterly forecast support.
• Partner with senior leaders to align resources with organizational priorities.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses for executives.
