Georgia-Pacific LLC, a Koch company, is seeking an experienced Financial Analysis Talent to support Gypsum Operations Finance across WY and OK facilities. The role emphasizes strategic financial leadership, partnerships with operations leaders, and actionable insights to drive value and improve performance.

The analyst will work onsite from ATL or OK with monthly travel to sites, collaborating with Plant Accounting, Commercial Finance, and other centers of excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Strategy.
Gypsum manufacturing knowledge preferred.
Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
Experience in corporate or operations FP&A preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with manufacturing and finance teams to identify cost drivers and priorities.
Partner with leadership to develop performance drivers and improvement plans.
Develop cost-optimization strategies improving production and spending efficiency.
Support tracking and analysis of operational performance and variances.
Own financial planning, management reporting, and site-level analytics.
Contribute to monthly forecasts and strategic presentations.
