Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitates production of weekly, monthly, year-to-date and year-end financial reports with variance analysis.
• Supports monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for all units.
• Provides analytical support and ad-hoc reporting to senior management.
• Ensures integrity of financial reporting software and coordinates testing.
• Identifies trends and presents findings to senior leadership.
• Prepares budget analyses and suggests improvements to processes.
• Forecasts and reconciles internal accounts; reports headcount and KPIs.
• May mentor Financial Analysts and assist in training.
