Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 3+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience.
• 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting and consolidation for Worldwide Accessories performance.
• Co-ordinate the overall close process partnering with various stakeholders.
• Use a range of metrics and models to forecast, link KPIs to financials, and determine opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate effective leadership reviews, manage communication with stakeholders and monitor closure of follow up items.
• Financial modeling, data mining and presentation support.
• Manage data in financial systems and create insightful analysis to drive business improvement.
• Manage database tools and reporting mechanisms.
