Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Corporate FP&A to support executive leadership with financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision support. You will lead month-end reporting, develop executive presentations, and identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting processes.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders, translating results into actionable insights that drive operational decisions and company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline required.
• MBA, FMVA, CMA, FPAC, or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, maintenance, and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages and management reports.
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board-quality reporting packages.
• Analyze financial results and drivers of performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Translate financial results, trends, and variances into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand business drivers, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
