Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Corporate Reporting/FP&A; 5+ years preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of TM1 or other budgeting/forecasting tools.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Highly accurate, highly organized, detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and summarize key drivers of financial performance at consolidated and department levels.
• Identify trends and variances within financial results and manage expenses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure uniform methods.
• Interface with leaders to inform financial model inputs.
• Prepare regular and special budget reports; run ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop monthly/quarterly reports and enable improved decision making.
• Provide TM1 expertise and drive integration with budgeting/forecasting from HQ to field.
• Explore BI tools integration (Qlik, OBIEE, COGNOS) with partners.
• Improve reporting aesthetics, visualization, and comprehension of budgets.
• Develop TM1 training for HQ and field managers.
• Support budgeting/forecasting monthly across US APG management.
