Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning across all dealerships.
• Build, enhance, and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue, expenses, headcount, and profitability.
• Conduct scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, ROI analysis, and strategic planning support for leadership.
