Position Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in Empower's dynamic, hyper-growth 503A/503B environment by driving impactful business insights and strategic financial planning. This position is responsible for owning financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, leveraging AI to enhance speed, scale, and decision-making quality. The role demands strategic thinking, execution rigor, and learning agility, to align with Empower's talent expectations. As a key contributor, the Senior FP&A Analyst ensures financial strategies are aligned with business objectives, delivering data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and sustained growth.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with Empower's growth objectives. Utilize AI tools to forecast revenue trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance while mitigating risks.
    • AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of AI-driven analytics in financial processes to improve data accuracy, enhance reporting capabilities, and support strategic decision-making. Leverage technology to streamline workflows and increase the efficiency of financial operations.
    • Budget Oversight: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop budgetary frameworks that support strategic priorities and enhance financial stewardship.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that streamline financial operations and drive efficiency. Use AI to automate routine tasks, reduce manual errors, and improve the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
