The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in Empower's dynamic, hyper-growth 503A/503B environment by driving impactful business insights and strategic financial planning. This position is responsible for owning financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, leveraging AI to enhance speed, scale, and decision-making quality. As a key contributor, the Senior FP&A Analyst ensures financial strategies are aligned with business objectives, delivering data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and sustained growth.

Responsibilities

• Financial Strategy
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that align with Empower's growth objectives. Utilize AI tools to forecast revenue trends, optimize resource allocation, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance while mitigating risks.
